bought this Tens unit after running out of pads for my first one. This time, instead of just buying new pads, I decided to invest a little more and purchased a unit that claimed to have larger and more effective pads. Now, after using this new unit almost daily for the past week, I'm ready to share my impressions. I can confirm that the pads are indeed better; they adhere well and offer a larger surface area, which allows for a more encompassing relief from neck pain and backaches, the primary issues I use my TENS unit for. Much like my initial TENS unit, this one successfully alleviates my discomfort, affirming my belief that irrespective of the specific unit you purchase, a TENS unit is generally quite effective for managing such types of pain. What really differentiates one from another, in my experience, is the quality of the pads, the ease of charging, and the user interface. Charging the unit is a breeze; it's straightforward and holds a robust battery life. Even with a consistent usage pattern of about 30 minutes per day over the last 7-8 days, the battery life has held up admirably, showing no signs of slowing down.

Never used one before! Definitely something to get used to and I find it works great! As a new user though it’s definitely a weird feeling but helps after a late night run! Would recommend.

Works great and offers intensity options for when you're at your most tender and for when the pain is raging so furiously that you need some serious intervention, and for everything in between.Really glad I got this as August and September turned out to be hard physical labor months (unplanned!) that left me with plenty of aches and pains. This offered some welcome relief!
